This report builds upon stakeholder consultations that engaged experts from diverse sectors and generated numerous suggestions and recommendations for advancing a low-carbon transition in the building sector. 

The primary objective of this assignment is to provide the Government of India with detailed insights and actionable recommendations to support the transition toward low-carbon buildings across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons.
